Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will make it right.

Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused product in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at atlanticenvs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Custom & Printed Orders Custom printed envelopes are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Bulk Orders For bulk orders, please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Claims for damaged or short shipments must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
